The US Open starts today.

I decided to start this topic because during the past several months i have been trading a lot on tennis (at the betting exchanges) and i have never posted my results and i would like to see how the trading goes, knowing that it will be more like a project.

My objective is to double my bank during the period of the US Open.
The starting bank will be 1000 GBP.All best or better said, all the trades will take place at Betfair.
At the end of each day i'll come here and post my results.
I will also be posting some picks during the competition so stay tuned.

Any opinions or comments are welcomed.

So, the first matches have already started and i have begun my tradings.
Here is a first result, on the Monfils - Cuevas match.

At the end of the day i will post all my results.

The final results of the day is not the one i would have expected.Midway through the day i was quite confident that i would finish the first day with a profit of about 200 GBP and so having about 1/5 of my target completed.

But things didn't go as planned.While i was waiting for the Del Potro - Canas match i got bored so i got in a stupid trade with the Makarova Vs Chakvetadz match in which i lost 300 GBP.

So my first trade was the Monfils match (you can see it in my first post)..
Then i continued with some small trades ..

After which came the loss which was the only match i didn't plan on trading or bet on, just because i got bored i lost, which is kind of discouraging ...

but at the end of the day i finished with a small loss of only 42.50 GBP

Also please note the fact that i will also be posting my trades and bets from other sports, as my objective it to double my initial bankroll during the two weeks the US Open takes place, but my bets will not consist only of US Open bets.

I really look forward to tomorrow when i hope i can be on the green side both on the day and on the total bankroll.

The day went better just as i planned but still had a loss on the Ivanovic match.Could have been an easy win but got in the market at the wrong time, and then got out again at the wrong time.

Still the day finished with a profit of 119.95 GBP

So, after the second day i have a total net profit of 77.45 GBP.
There still are plenty of matches to come, so looking forward to raising my total profit even more with today's matches.

Day 3 was again one in which i turned out in profit.Just as the day before i started with a 116 GBP loss on the Cirstea v Kuznetsova match, after which things went much better and i managed to finished the day with a profit of 160.49 GBP.Here are the results of my bets and trades.

So, with the profit from day 3, my total net profit is at 237.94 GBP.

Day 4 brought a profit but i feel i could have done better.Still, a profit is a profit, and is always better than a loss.

So, a profit of 98.96 GBP for day 4 which brings my total net profit up to the sum of 330.90 GBP

Looking forward to the next few days, when there also are plenty of soccer matches to trade and will be hoping to bring my total net profit over the sum of 500 GBP.

Just a little update on day 4.I also decided to trade the Nadal match, so here are my full results.

So, that means a profit of 161.03 GBP for day for and a total net profit of 398.97 GBP.

The matches from day 6 are about to begin, so here are the results for day 5.The tennis trades and bets went really good but i made huge mistakes at the European Super Cup match , so in day 5 i registered a loss, but my total net profit is still looking good.

So, for day 5 a 181.39 GBP loss but still a overall net profit of 217.58 GBP.

On day 6 i started to win again and ended the day in profit 94.44 GBP to be exact.

So, after day 6 my total net profit stands at 312.02 GBP.

Day 7 did bring a profit but i was looking for a higher profit.
But i was away from home a few hours and missed some matches which could have brought my profit to were i wanted it to be.I also got into soccer which was not so smart.

So, day 7 ended with a 99.80 GBP profit which brought my total net profit to 411.82 GBP
