Arsenal vs. Hull

The Arsenal are a very good side for corners for obvious reasons. They play some of the most beautiful football in the world and use the width of the park superbly. There is quality right across the midfield and up front and every player is both comfortable with the ball and can pass it.  They managed a quite amazing 17 corners at Bolton and this is supposed to be one of those games that Wengers men really struggle in.

Hull have defended well in the opening weeks of the season and those who say they were certain to go down have had to change their opinion already. Today they will pack the box and put every man behind the ball. Its not nice to watch but when you look at the difference in class its their only chance of steaing a draw.

Corners can be very risky, ofcourse. But i just feel this entire match will be 1 way football. Arsenal, with Wenger the genuis, were able to leave out most of their 1st team and put in a footballing exhabition in midweek. 6-0 over a very decent championship side is a fantastic score and tells you how well that club is run and that there are top class coaches at all levels. Total football is the way.

I can see Hull keeping the score down, and thats why i ignore the asian cap on the result. But to do so they were have to give plenty of possesion and loads of corners/set plays and thats why i believe 4.5 can be covered.
