Melbourne Storm vs. Gold Coast Titans

Bookies are suggesting a real hammering for the Gold Coast here, 24 points is the cap. But i am not so sure the Storm are in the form to be thrashing sides at the moment and one thing i will say for the Titans is that they can score trys. They have plenty of pace around the rucks and one of the best kicking games in the Nrl. A few weeks back no one gave them a hope at another of the top teams, Roosters, and they not only went there and won but played the better attacking rugby.

They are ofcourse missing a number of their forwards and that is where the Storm are most powerful, so you do expect the home side to make plenty of metres and when they get near the danger zone they have the class to score almost every time.

There have been a lot of trys scored from kicks this season, Melbourne are one of the strongest on the bomb, where Titans are one of the weakest sides defending it.

The sides met at the very end of last season and Storm recorded a 50-6 hammering. I dont see it being quite as one sided but i do believe it will be an open game and that  it would be foolish to write off the Titans attack.
