Celtic Crusaders vs. Widnes

Widnes had been struggling until last week to score trys but that was a fantastic move bringing in Tyrer from Saints. He is of a good standard, too good for this league and brings plenty of class to the attack. He managed 2 trys on his debut against probably the best side in League 1, Salford.

Celtic are a team with plenty of quality and see themselves as a super league standard club. Obviously they have a bit to go yet but it was interesting how well they played in the 1st half of the challenge cup at Leeds. They were the better side and made some nice openings.

In my opinion they are the best side to watch in this division. They love to throw the ball around and keep the play alive rather than just muscle their way through games. This ofcourse means high scoring matches and plenty of entertainment. They are  backed by a very noisey and partizan crowd who demand to see open rugby league football.

With some good weather, a nice pitch down there and 2 sides who are stronger in attack than defense, this should be good game with plenty of scores.
