France vs. Italy

Both side still have a chance to make it but they must get the win and hope the result with Romania goes their way.

Amazingly neither have defended that well in this years championships and theres been a lot of action in their goal mouths with plenty of corners. Italy lost 5 to Romania who are not known for attacking but managed 12 themselves. They get the ball forward to Toni quickly and try to cross early from either wing, this wins a lot of corners.

France have been a huge let down. I have to admit i thought they could win this tourney but not with that defense. Ofcourse in attack they have class, and they did make 6 corners against a strong Dutch side, but were hammered 4-1. They have huge problems with the back 4.

One thing i noticed about both these sides in the games with Holland was how easy it was to attack their defense. They are both known for being very strong in midfield but that has not been the case so far, not in a defensive sense anyway. With the attacking class on show, problems in defense for both, this looks an open game where we see at least 11 corners.
