Meybe there are small odds for this bet but i see value on that i dont think that i will risk my money on this bet.I think that Turkey will qualify in final and they will be on the top 5 of this semifinal.Turkey have alot of emigrants in other contries.First i think that Germany where are meybe close 10 milion Turks will give them 12 also France will give them 12 or 10.In macedonia i see many papers in the city where they advertise to vote turkey and here live many turks.Also in albania same i think that there will be no problem for turkey to qualify even odd 1.2 is realy low.I see sure win for that i take this bet.
