Carquefou vs. PSG

France , Coupe de la Ligue.

This is really insane ! 4^th league team against premier league team and handicap  odds are lowering for lowly placed team ! .

            I must admit that I lost one bet on Carquefou thinking they won’t survive Marseile but they actually beat Marseille . Carquefou is clearly overperforming in Cup de France eliminating better teams , one from Ligue 2 , Guegnon , and two from Ligue 1 (??? ) .

            About PSG is little to say this season when they are so close to be relegated this year after losing on home ground last game . Is difficult to say whether PSG will field best available team in a Cup game hoping to rest them for difficult games from Ligue 1 . Anyway , even first team players aren’t brilliant ( proof is that they lost so many games in Ligue 1 ) and I am going to credit PSG to win this game . Even PSG will be relegated in Ligue 2 it won’t be for the first time when a second division team will participate in European competitions ( Lyon is expected to win Cup and Ligue 1 ) .

I know PSG already won one cup in France and might not be that interested in this cup but it will be a real shame to be eliminated from Cup by 4^th league team . It won’t do them any good for their moral .

This game will be played on neutral ground at Nantes and field should be ok to play . All will depend on PSG .
