Atalanta vs Sampdoria - Football - Italy Serie A - Tip Preview

Atalanta before this season they bought very important player Robert Acquafresca which is on loan from Cagliari.They also bought Simone Tiribocchi from Lecce, Paolo Bianco from Cagliari, Edgar Barreto from Reggina,Fabio Caserta from Lecce and Fabio Ceravolo from Reggina.Angelo Gregucci is a new coach in Atalanta.Gregucci started his 2005–06 season as Lecce coach in the Serie A, but was sacked only after five weeks due to poor results. He was head coach of Serie B team Vicenza also.So this is not accident that Gregucci bought two player from Lecce because he knows this team very well.Also Atalanta sale Sergio Floccari to Genoa, Luca Cigarini to Napoli,Gianvito Plasmati to Catania.This is not good choice Mr Gregucci.Today Atalanta will play very defending style 4-4-1-1 formation.Acquafresca will play in attack and Doni will play lightly behind him.Atalanta in last game they lost with Genoa but after good game.Actually they have very bad place in table after two lost games in this season.But this team in my eyes have very bad players in defence,Garics,Manfredini,Talamonti,Bellini maybe is experienced all this player have almost 30 years but they have also many mistakes in defence.With good strikers in Sampdoria this is a big problem.Very young goalkeeper Andrea Consigli is also not good point in Atalanta.
Sampdoria they have two winning matches in Serie A in this season.They defeated Catania 1-2 in first round and in last round, they defeated also Udinesse 3-1.Sampdoria is a really strong in this season.Luigi 'Gigi'Del Neri after two seasons in Bergamo he left to take over at Sampdoria.He doing a great job here,he prefereed 4-4-2 formation with Pazzini and Cassano in upfront.This duet is amazing in last games.In midfield will play Franco Semioli,ex-Viola player, he scored Fiorentina's first UEFA Cup goal against FC Groningen and scored crucial goals against Atalanta and Parma which allowed Fiorentina to surpass AC Milan for the final Champions League spot.After season ending and injuries to Adrian Mutu and Mario Santana, Semioli found his way back onto the first team, and was a valuable asset to Gilardino, providing him with many crosses and being a terror on the wings.In Blucerchiati usually he plays in the role of right wing.This is very good option for him,Angelo Palombo will be another midfielder in Sampdoria today,Fernando Tissone, in this season Sampdoria officialized the arrival of the midfielder, the young Argentinian player arrrives in ownership from Udinese,Daniele Mannini ex-Napoli player, will play behind attackers today.He has offenisve role also,this is very interesting player.In January 2009 he was handed a one year suspension along with former teammate Davide Possanzini from WADA for being late for a drugs test following a Serie B match between Brescia and Chievo.Later the ban was frozen by Court of Arbitration for Sport due to appeal process.Defence line-up in Blucerchiati is really strong.Today will play Marius Stankevicius,Daniele Gastaldello,Marco Rossi and Luciano Zauri,which he is a versatile and powerful full back. He is right footed but is particularly noted for some excellent performances at left back. He is also adept at playing as a holding midfielder.Zauri has won five appearances with the Italian national team.Zauri moved to Sampdoria on a loan deal with the option to buy out the player.
Bergamo in this season is not the same team than in last years.They lost powerfull,creativity and strikers Acquafresca,Doni missed many chances in every game.Odds for Sampdoria is very high actually but also very risky.Option with draw no bet here is good and I'll take this bet.
