Rovers are back on form just in time for the play offs and they can cover the start at Salford.

If they take the 2 points that should move them above the Giants who are at Saints and sure to leave all their top players out with the challenge cup final coming up.

It would be quite amazing if Morgan finished 3rd in super league given the short space of time Rovers have been in the top league. He has done a brilliant job and it looks as though his pre season comment about winning the grand final does not look quite as daft now as it did in February.

This is a big strong physical side and at times this season that defence has been stone wall. 2 good wins in the last couple of games over in form Cas and Saints mean the Rovers head to Salford with confidence high.

Salford have an odd season. A couple fantastic wins over the top sides Saints and Leeds but some quite dreadful performances right hammerings like the recent embarrassment at Warington.

To be fair, in the last couple weeks the Reds have not been far away and we did see a fine win last time at Quins although it has to be said they have big problems at the moment. Dragons only sneaked it with a late try here but Wakefield were in total control even though the scoreline suggest a close match.

This is a nice fixture for Rovers. Salford are not going to roll over here but there is a lot of problems between the fans and the manager and if they start poorly that crowd turns on its team.

Rovers are a big powerful side, too powerful and physical for Salford. It is great to see Fozzard back he has been a super signing from Saints and his hard work, along with Vella, should lay the platform for Dobson to control the match.

The sides met back in March with Rovers winning it by 9 trys to 2 and although it wont be quite as easy at Salford i expect there to be at least two scores between them.
