Associação Desportiva do Carregado, better known as AD Carregado or Carregado, is a Portuguese football club founded in 1950 from Carregado, a parish of Alenquer which is in Lisbon.The current chairman of the club isRamiro Rodrigues and their current manager is João Sousa. The club has not yet been issued a league to play in for the 2009/10 season after financial problems surrounded top Portuguese clubs like Boavista and Estrela Amadora. After losing in the playoff semi final against Fátima they would have still continued in the Portuguese Second Division but after the problems in Portuguese football with clubs in debt, and because of the Apito Dourado, the Portuguese Federation invited them to join the Liga de Honra.

If the club accepts the invitation it would be their first ever time in the Liga de Honra as well as their highest ever achievement in the club's history.On July after some clubs were relegated from the professional leagues, Carregado was invited to take part on the Liga Vitalis, after being runner-up of Second Division in the previous year. This will be the first time that a team from Alenquer will participate in a professional football competition.Team this have very young squad and coach Éloi Zeferino he know this very well.

Sporting Covilha they currently play in the Liga de Honra one league away from the Portuguese First Division.Their current chairman is José Oliveira Mendes and current manager is Hélio Sousa who has played for Vitória Setúbal his entire career.
