Urawa Reds have disappointed a lot of people over their last two games whereby many expected them to roll past bottom of the table Oita and depleted side Nagoya Grampus. Their strike force is misfiring at the moment but the positive thing for them going into this game is that their home form is just immaculate. They seldom lose at home and I am sure their coach must have given his team a dressing down for the recent lacklustre displays. As for Shimizu, they have quietly sneaked up the table with draws and wins accumulated. They seem to master a whole bunch of chance sin front of goal but I am still not convinced that their defence are up to scratch.

The visitors have only kept one clean sheet in their last ten matches and against a desperate side like Urawa, they are bound to receive waves of attack for the whole ninety. Surprisingly or not, Shimizu have scored in all of their last eight away matches but on the other hand, they have cocneded in all of them too. I do think that quality will tell in this match was the Reds look set to sustain their title challenge.
