1st half total points under 22.5

2 big sets of forwards and a vital match for both clubs should mean a very tight start to the game and a low scoring 1st half.

Leeds have been nowhere top form recently but have still been strong enough to win 6 of the last 7. The Rhinos were well beaten by the Warriors last week but to be fair Wigan are one of the form sides in super league and were really fired up for that fixture.

A win tonight would mean Leeds overtake Huddersfield who moved into 2nd last night with the win at Hull. Its getting exciting at the top of the table and there are a number of sides who are looking strong enough to challenge both Leeds and St Helens.

The Wolves smashed Salford running in 50 points in the second half last Sunday. Going by the reaction of the Reds fans and the media it sounds as though that result had more down to Salfords poor attitude but even so there was some very nice finishing by the Wolves. Warrington sit 8th on the ladder, an amazing achievement given how poor this side were when he took overApril.

Warrington are very strong in the forwards and have in my opinion the best in super league in Morley. Westwood also seems to be on top form at the right time in the season and Harrison is having a terrific season. Rauhihi is another very underrated player.

Ofcourse so are Leeds. That is why i expect this to be a very tight opening 40 minutes of rugby league with some massive hits and probably a fair bit of needle. There has also been plenty of rain and its expected to continue until kick off. Obviously that makes scoring points or even getting into the danger zone very tough.
