Mito Hollyhock smashed past Fukuoka last Wedesday in comprehensive style, a 5-0 thumping. They have now picked up four of their last five games in J2 as they continue their pursuit to close the gap among the top 4. Hollyhock has always been a very good team but their inability to perform on an consistent basis made them look lousier than they are actually. Recent good form indicates that Mito might have finally turned the corner. Today though, they will face last place Yokohoma at their stadium. Yokohoma now have dipped a great deal after no wins in six.

Yokohama last three games have ended in 2-0 defeats and as the season progresses, they seem to fall deeper and deeper into trouble. Their home form have not been kind to them as well, and a 1-3-8 record like theirs certainly isn't j2 standard. The main problem with them is their failure to score more number of goals and after 26games into the season, they only average less than one goal per game. I think Hollyhock should capitalise on their good recent form and with a poor Yokohoma side struggling, this might be the right time for the away side to snatch all three points.
