Cleveland Indians still remain dead last in their division while recent improvements could not be sustained by continuous wins over the last few days.Recently, the Indians have shown signs of improvements but they will still have to do it on a much consistent basis to get back their respectable numbers. Over the last 10 games, the Indians are 3-7 with their season's away form 14-25. In actual fact, the Oakland Athletics provided little resistance and fight to the Indians in their last series and against the White Sox, they will not have the luxury of having so many hits on the score board. Recently too, the White Sox did sweep Cleveland at their backyard in a three game series and that will still be on the heads of the mind of the Indians players.

The White Sox's ace Mark Buehrle will start in this game, coming off a very impressive start last time out. He pitched 8 and a third innings of one run ball and will be hoping to preserve his five games unbeaten streak. Buehrle has been nothing but outstanding for the White Sox this season and if the Sox want to chase the tigers for the play-off spot, they will have to work even harder.
