Cerezo Osaka missed an opportunity last weekend to climb onto the same number of points as leaders Shaonan Bellmore. Osaka were punished in the dying minutes by  a Mito Hollyhock goal which snatched two points from them. But despite that, they can still remain optimistic after remaining their hot streak in front of goal in their last dozen games. However, the main concern for Osaka is that their defence are prone to conceding the odd goal at times and if they do rectify that problem, they will be flying on all fronts by now.

Tokyo Verdy are sitting in mid table and if they want to push for a promotion place to the J league next year, they have to be more consistent to attain more positive results. The last three encounters between the two sides have produced at least 3 goals in all of them and I do believe that Osaka will at least score two goals in this game, and it woul be better for punters if Tokyo do score first, as it will open the game and create a higher scoreline.
