Both Gimnastic and Xerez are performing very well in the spanish segunda in the latter parts of the season but for leaders Xerez, it is all about retaining their lead at the top and their promotion to the big league is almost a certainty. They should definitely be rewarded with their consistency this year and they are rightfully in the drivers seat. They have won like some what 6 or 7 consecutively and will be pressuring Gimnastic for the three points today.

Throughout Xerez's recent success run, they have only let in two goals in their last half dozen games and that is the reason why I am going with them today as the momentum is all with them and as Gimnastic have conceded a fair share of goals in their last 3 games, I think the visitors might just make them  pay for letting them have too much of the ball. It also has been quite a while since the home team between these teams have won the encounter. Go for Xerez.
