Yamagata have lost their last three fixtures in the J-league and it is the first time this season that the promoted club looks to encounter some sort of trouble. Despite that still, they still are at a healthy position in the league. But away from home, four defeats out of five have been their undoing and only if they could improve on that aspect, they would be a decent team year in year out.
