Avispa managed to gain a valuable point at Tokyo Verdy event to salvage their woeful slump  which has seem them been win less for the last seven odd games after starting the season so brightly. Despite that, they have only suffered two home defeats throughout the season thus far, losing to two very tough opponents in Shaonan and Mito. As for Kofu, they are currently in a healthy state in fourth after their consistent showing this year and are primed for a good chance of promotion.

Amazingly or not, Kofu's away form is much better than their home form and in all fairness, they have only lost once on the road in eight away games this season which speaks for their lofty standings. Going by head to head meetings between the two, the home team has yet to win a meeting in six attempts between the two and as the statistics also show this season, Avispa have only scored 4 home goals in 8 tries while Kofu have kept five away clean sheets.

Go for Kofu to win the game but only in the second half as they always start their action only in later phaes of the game.
