MUTUA MADRILENA  - Madrid Open 2009 - Seppi vs Schwank

Looking over the matches that are available today at the Madrid 1000 Masters event, I spotted a few good matches to bet on, with good value.But one really caught my eye.

Now, when you first take a look at the odds, you might say that there isn't much value here, but I must say that there is.
First of all the odds are going down as we speak. I can't believe Pinnacle is still offering 1.58, while most of the other bookmakers are somewhere around 1.50.

That is for a Seppi win.

Taking in consideration what these two players have to offer, I can see only one winner here, and that is the Italian.

Schwank is a relatively big player, which doesn't have any big qualities, and that is reflected in the current ATP standings. His main weapons would be his serve and his forehand.
But if we are to compare these to Seppi's serve and forehand, you can have only one winner.

Both players enjoy playing on clay courts but again I have to mention here that the results and current form is on the Italian's side.

Still, I am worried about one thing, and this would be the only reason why I am not going full stakes on this, and that is that Schwank is a qualifier, which means that he is more used to the grounds here, than Seppi. The italian just came from Serbia where he was defeated by N. Djokovic in the semi-finals.

But the only time these two players met, Seppi started extreamly well taking the first set 6-1, but it's worth mentioning the conditions where a bit different there.

So, my bet tip is Seppi to win. Almost full stakes. Any odds over 1.55 are worth taking.
