Im a fan of Ian Holloway i think hes a very good manager that always entertains both on the park and in interviews after the game. Having been so unlucky to go down last season im a little surprised another epl club didnt take a chance on him but Blackpool fans will be happy hes sticking around for another promotion push. Its may not have gone perfectly for them so far but sitting just outside the play off positions at this point is not a bad return. Manager has had a lot of problems to deal with, best players moving on to epl and ofcourse lifting the squad after getting relegated. Only 6 defeats in a very tight league thats a decent record

Birmingham were always going to find it difficult this season as lets be fair their side in the premiership was awful to watch and they deserved to go down. Very tough job for Houghton to take on, he also had to deal with playing in europe which has obviously lead to more tiredness. 15th in the table at the moment id be surprised if Bham make the play offs this is not a great side which struggles for goals.�

I expect a very tight game here maybe even a draw. From what ive seen of the teams recently id say Blackpool have much better options in attack and while winning at Bham is never easy i fancy them to at least grab a draw.�
