Over 40.5 points on cards

Despite not playing so well in the europa league Celtic now have a great chance to qualify. They only have the 1 win over struggling Rennes but another win here would take them to the top of the group and while the last game is in Italy a draw may well be enough.

Their form for most of the spl has been quite poor but 4 wins in a row, the last being a 5-0 hammering of St Mirren, mean Celtic go into this one with a lot of confidence. There will be a good crowd at Parkhead to support the side despite the early kick off.

Athletico have not been outstanding in this group- most of us expected them to qualify with plenty to spare- but even so a draw here and they will pretty much be through. Even if they were to lose they still have that final home game to put things right.

Im not thinking about a pretty game tonight i think this is going to be very fast with celtic looking to turn the game a little physical. Im expecting stop start with a lot of fouls and a fair bit of neddle. A very tough night for the referee. Im sure we get a few cards here and while it should be exciting because of the importance i think more focus will be on the officials.
