This should be quite an open game 2 managers doing well at the moment and 2 teams with plenty of confidence.

I must admit i thought the Toon were making a huge mistake when they brought in Alan Pardew. Hes not the most exciting name in english football and hes hardly had the most successful career. But to be fair to the get hes done very well in the 1st couple of months and is getting the very best out of this squad of players.5 wins, 4 draws, 0 defeats, joint 3rd place along with Chelsea and Spurs, that is an excellent start.

I like the 2 strikers, Best and Ba, nice partnership. Good movement but also 2 players that can finish and are very strong in the air.

Stoke are a side i respect. Yes most fans of other clubs dislike them because of their style of football but i dont i think their passion and workrate is to be admired. The manager expects everything from every player and works very hard on stopping teams playing. They are very good at what they do and they are one of the strongest home sides in english football. No one gets an easy game here ask Liverpool, Chelsea and Man U.

Maybe not the most exciting looking monday night fixture but i think we are to see an open game with both teams going for it. Stoke always attack teams at home and put you under pressure from the kick off but Newcastle are a side with a lot of confidence at this team. Thats why i go for a quite a high scoring draw. I expect a good game with both teams having their chances and while a correct score is always tough, 2-2 does sound about right for me.
