The off season acquisition of Ron Artest has been proving to be a great one, especially after T-Mac has gone down injured, Artest has been showing what a real tough player he is.

The Rockets aim to get their seventh straight win against the Minnesota Timberwolves, who have been struggling to cope up without a big man after the injury to Al Jefferson. They are currently 1-9 in their last 10 games, and have struggled no matter where it be at home or away. Infact Minnesota haven't won at home since January 25th, which is really long, considering that home floor should be free shopping for any team in the NBA.

Houston have also the youngster Aaron Brooks and a fully fit Yao Ming to thank for their current performances. Yao Ming is averaging 19.9 points and 9.5 rebounds and has really turned out those performances that we expect from him on a regular basis as the biggest man in the NBA.

Minnesota have had Mike Miller step up to the plate, but playing without one big man in the lineup that can make an impact, is definitely going to hurt them once again.
