Many pundits are suggesting Hull are going to take this easy as they have a far more important relegation battle to worry about. I cant agree at all. This is a chance to take their place in the cup quarter final and edge closer to a dream trip to Wembley and possibly winning a medal an fa cup medal. Its been some journey for Hull City and despite being on dreadful form at the moment if they should continue to progress in the cup and stay up it will be seen by everyone as a fantastic season.

There is also the added spice of being a bit of derby match against a side from the championship.  We know what these derby games are like. 100 miles per hour with tackles flying in all over the field. The atmoshere will be excellent as Sheff Utd are sure to bring another superb travelling support.

Utd are struggling themselves in the championship, on recent form anyway. But all is certainly not lost as they are one of a number of clubs who have a super chance of taking a play off spot. Losing the derby match with Wed did result in a lof of fans turning on Blackwell but i am sure they will be right behind their heroes for this one.

The ref is peter walton whos average is exactly 3 cards a game this season. Its not a high ofcourse but this is a derby match and a massive cup tie between 2 clubs desperate for some sort of success.

I expect this one to be really meaty with both sides firing into tackles and i must admit im more than a little surprised at just how high theses odds a game that has a history of being tasty both off and on the pitch.
