Tough start to the season for Rangers as this fixture is always physical with some heavy tackles.

Hearts should be in the running for 3rd spot again- in fact they are short favs to take it- but i dont see any chance of them putting in a challenge to the old firm and splitting them. One off games against them, more so at tyncastle will be close, but i dont think they have enough strength to cope over the winter when injuries hit hard.

Rangers won it last season and �wewerell worth it too. But walter has moved on now and its time for McCoist to show everyone if he has what it takes to be a manager of a big club where there is always pressure to win. He is going to face a very motivated Celtic side hurting about last season so its fair to say Rangers need to start well and get a win on the board.

I do expect Rangers to win but im sure we will see a bit of needle. This is always a fixture that has cards and to be fair Hearts discipline at times can be very poor. So often last season the Jambos picked up half a dozen yellows and the odd red in games due to getting frustrated.

Im thinking we will see a good few cards in this one. Ref is one of the best in spl Calum Murray.
