Competition has been very tough in the j2 this season with no teams pulling away from the chasing pack and that must be a huge relieve for demoted side Bellmare, who have slipped down the classifications after quite a promising start. They have now lost each of their last three matches without reply and it would not get any easier for them this evening against JEF United. JEF United were relegated from the top tier two seasons back and will be eager to return to the big league after coming rather close last season. As things stand though, they are halfway on course to achieve their target as they only trail leaders Tochigi by a 1 goal goal difference.

JEF, usually do play very well in front of their home support and must be rue-ing their missed chances against Tochigi last weekend, where they could only master up a 2-2 stalemate. However, it must be said that JEF still has the best home record in the league and I just cannot see how the vistors can overturn their downslide here.

JEF United Chiba have won 4 of thier 5 encounters with Shaonan both home and away and given the extra incentive of taking over possession of the lead after today, I Am very sure they will be up for the task ahead of them.
