Nadal has already spoken about the difficulty in playing Del Potro at this early stage of wimbledon given that the argentinian was ranked as high as third in the world but due to injuries, the hard hitting argentinian has seen his rankings plummet down the list. However, Del Potro is a tough customer to handle especially on quicker surfaces. He hits the ball that hard that you have to have that speed and consistency to match him.. The two players enter the fourth round of the draw today courtesy of impressive straight sets victory in their earlier round.

Nadal may have won in three sets against French player Muller, but the first two sets were hard fought tie-breakers. For Del Potro, he managed to defeat the 12th seed Simon out as well but most of the wsets were 7-6 wins. More interestingly, his earlier rounds in the tournament have also seen Del Potro go into many tie-breakers which just further proves how hard it would be to break his serve. I expect nothing different today but Nadal should have the edge to edge it in the first.
