Vegalta have coped the best among the perennial struggling sides in the J league this season. Shimizu can be considered one of the more stable teams in the league for quite some time now, and come end of season, they suually find themselves there or there about around the champions league places. This season though, inconsistency has been their downfall. No doubt that their games have been very entertaining to watch but they have to stop their opponents from scoring if they hope to collect all three points.
