Barca are brilliant team for overs, they never play negative, no matter how important the match is and with 71 goals already this season are easily top scorers in Spain.

That front 3 is the best in world football and has been for some time. Etoo, Henry and Messi, it is a frightening prospect taking them on but its not just the forwards who grabs goals. Helb and Xavi  chip in with their fair share and Avles is a brilliant support player from defence.

We are seeing Barca losing quite a lot of goals though. Well its going to happen when the side is so attacking. 10 in the last 8 and that has included pretty average sides like Osasuna, Betis and Espanyol all hitting the net twice.

Lyon are out in front again in France with a 6 point advantage but they have had a fair few problems with that defence. 9 goals lost at home this season may not sound a great deal but its not just the goals, they are gifting chances with sloppy defending and making some strange errors at the back. Both Grenoble and Auxurre have lost less goals at home this season and both these sides sit just outside the relegation scrap.

We know the class there is in attack for Lyon though, Benezma is the obvious danger and it would hardly be a surprise if a good performance here leads to a summer Barca transfer. Ederson is also looking the part and you know what you get with Juninho, amazing free kicks and shots which dip and swerve all over the place and wonderful delivery from set plays.

I expect both sides to have a real go and this to be end to end from the 1st whistle. Barca simply do not know how to go away and stop sides playing and will attack in any game. Lyon know to have any chance at all at causing an upset they need to get a win to take to Spain
