After a very shaky start to the season, Gamba are starting to find back their form after 2 pulsating 3-2 wins against Yamagata and Avispa Fukuoka. Simialr to Nagoya Grampus, their heavy involvement in the group stages of the Champions League have taken its toll in their domestic form thus far and with all 6 group matches over their shoulders now, they will attempt to turn their attentions back to the league. Furthermore, their home form have been pretty decent in recent weeks, notching up 5 straight home wins in all competitions.

Alberix on the other hand, are simply the draw specialists in the J league for the last few years already. They seem to draw majority of their matches and either way you see it, it could be detrimental to their home form but at times, they are capable of giving a tough game to the hosts on their travels.
