Hull-6.5
The Black and Whites have been outstanding in recent weeks and although its taken Ager a long time to get things sorted at the club he does deserve credit for the way hes turned it around. A month ago he looked certain to be sacked now Hull fans are thinking about a possible challenge for the title.
They crushed neighbours HKR in the derby, won at Warrington which is possibly the toughest away game in super league, and also took a point against St Helens. This is a totally different side now with a lot of quality players full of confidence and on top form.
Reds are a dangerous side. I think its fair to say out of the bottom half or maybe 6 clubs they have the most attacking talent. Very nice side to watch that will throw the ball around and try to attack. It does result in some real hammerings though against some of the top sides- we seen Warrington hit 60 at easter and even Leeds on their worst form crushed Salford easily.
I dont see this one being easy the Reds have enough quality to put points on the board but i do fancy Hull to take it by a couple of score. They have much more forward power and their attack is getting better all the time. Manu is such a vital player for them- he loves to offload the ball in dangerous positions and this is one thing Salford do not enjoy. Teams that can offload the ball usually give the Reds plenty of problems so thats why i go with Hull here.
