Two fantastic performances and results for the French side in the last fortnight but they really have to back it up and start getting wins on their own park in front of their supporters.

I never seen either game, only short highlights, but by all accounts they totally outplayed Wigan(champions) on their own park and also deserved to beat the form super league side in Warrington. In both games the French were given 20 point starts by the bookies so this shows just how amazing these results were. The forwards were outstanding something we expect from Catalans- something we aint seen enough of at home.

Hull manager continues to cling onto his job despise loads of speculation on him moving on. To be fair the guy can do no more than claim important results like the win over Bradford and while i dont think hes one of the better sl coaches he does have plenty of experience.

For all their poor performance we aint really seen Hull get hammered this season- biggest loss was 14. This suggests they aint that far away although there has been serious problems defending the right hand side of the park. Some of the scores on that right edge have been woeful and so far the boss has not been able to put that right.

Wont be easy but i think the French should do this by a couple. It is a huge test, are they the real deal can they challenge this season ? more importantly can Catalans perform at home the way they have so often this season away ?

I say yes with bosc back there is�more options in attack so i take them to do it by at least a couple of scores.
