Old firm games are always tasty but with both managers having a go at each this week�that should add a bit of spice to this one.

Rangers are trailing but have 2 games in hand of their oldest rivals. I think its fair to say this is a must not lose game for them having lost at ibrox in the league match recently and drawn the cup game when they had a man and a goal advantage at half time. The Rangers fans were raging with their manager playing so negative and no wonder. It looked at times as though Celtic were the side with extra man as they fought back to earn a replay.

Celtic are on very good form at the moment- unbeaten in 16 games. A lot of people felt it was too early to give Lennon the Celtic job but hes proved his worth with some fine performances and so far a nice lead over Rangers. His signings have been very good but most importantly the players want to play for him.

There was 2 red cards in the cup game at ibrox and cup football is nowhere near as important as the league. We also had one of the more lenient laid back refs doing that game in callum murray. this time the ref is ian brines and he is known for being quite quick with cards, someone that does tend to upset and frustate players. I think its a bit of a gamble letting him do this game and the fact hes been a top level ref for about 10 years and never done one before tells you that sfa probably do too.

I really cant see anything other than a lot of cards in this game, a couple of reds again is more than possible. Walter Smith and Lennon have fell out in the press. The players still hold some grudges from the last match at ibrox and ofcourse it is such an important game for both clubs in the championship race. I think this game will explode.
