My opinion is that Ajax will win at Stade Abbe-Deschamps. The main reason is Auxere. Simply, they are not used to play in two big competitions like French Championat and UEFA Champions League. They made a big surprise reaching the third place last season, they made even the bigger surprise by qualifying in the group stage of Champions League, but payed a big prize in domestic championship as they started very bad. But after three defeats in the first three rounds (lost from Milan, Real Madrid and Ajax), it seems coach Fernandez make the right choice and turn to the domestic championship. So, Auxerre won the last two matches against PSG and Nice (plus Bastia in the cup) and now they are in the middle of the table.

Why I think Auxerre will loose this game? First because of the mentioned reasons. Auxerre have no big roster and main players are tired. Second, because Auxerre most important players are out of this game. Ireneusz Jelen and Anthony Le Tallec will miss the game as they are injured. Plus, Alexandre Licata and Yaya Sanogo are both long-term injured. And there is more as Dennis Oliech and Jean-Pascal Mignot are suspended. In situation like this it is even more difficult for Auxerre to make a positive result.

Finally I will mention that Ajax won the previous match against Auxerre with 2:1. The quality is on Ajax side and with Luis Suarez and Demy de Zeeuw ready, I think Ajax is able to win once again.
