I think Sampdoria can stay unbeaten at Meazza. Even Inter is big favorite, it is a small derby. Sampdoria is a specialist for draw, they have 4 draws in seven games. And they know how to play against favorites. They played 3:3 with Juventus on road and beat first placed Lazio at home. With strikers like Cassano, Pazzini and Pozzi, Samdoria is very good team. Almost all players are available for this match, only Lucchini is suspended. On contrary, the situation in Inter squad is much worse. Thiago Motta, Mancini, Milito, Stankovic, Mariga and Suazo are all out injured. Plus, Pandev is back from injury and I don't expect anything special from him. Another reason for my pick is determined by the fact that Inter players are tired. Last Sunday Inter played against Cagliari, then Champions League match with Tottenham and now with Sampdoria.
