Sarries-3.5

This is tough for the english side- about as tough as it gets- but if ever there was a time take on the mighty Leinster it is now.

Saracens have been excellent in the opening weeks of the season and if anyone was in any doubt about how far this side has come in recent years they wouldnt have been after a super win over champions Leicester. They controlled that one from start to finish- the forwards were superb- but most importantly we seen them put plenty of points on the board. This has always been a negative for Sarries- not enough tries- but it seems the signing of Strettle has certainly helped. Sarries look as though they can score points against anyone.

Leinster are a huge name in european rugby a top class side with a big reputation. They are one the favs to go all the way once again and rightly so. But it has to be said must of their best performances come at home- with that super support behind them- there have been times in the early rounds of the HC in recent seasons when we have seen them caught cold. One or two shock results against sides they should easily have beaten.

I dont see this one being easy it is sure to be quite close. But home advatange is massive in european rugby games and there will be a nice crowd at this one. Its not a tourney Sarries know a great deal about so im expecting a very motivated side to take the field today.

It may well come down to penalty kicks or drop goals- which is fine because no side is better in this dep than the London club.
