It might not have been the best performance in the 1st half at easter road but Rangers finishing in the 2nd was top class. 3-0 was a bit tough on Hibs but Rangers took their chances superbly.

Miller grabbed a hat trick but most of the headlines were grabbed by this lad Weiss. The winger on loan from Man City looks a class act and Hibs couldnt handle his direct running and quick feet. Hes going to be a star in the spl.

Rangers new signing Jelavic should make his debut, possibly as a 2nd half sub. I like the look of this guy too. Strong in the air but also very powerful. Even at 4 million quid he looks good value from Rapid Vienna.

Saints lost out in a very tight match with Aberdeen last week and that leaves them with just the one point from the opening fortnight. I think its fair to say that despite quite a poor start the Perth side wont be anywhere near the relegation battle and should be pushing for a place in the top 6. They have one of the best young managers in the spl in Derek McIness and plenty of experience throughout their side.

Saints did shock Rangers in Perth 4-1 near the end of last season but i dont see any shocks at ibrox this time around. Rangers are looking strong in attack for with so many options.

Steve Davis should once again prove he is the best footballer in our league by controlling this match and with the class Rangers have in attack- and in reserve- i expect them to grab at least 3 goals to make it 3 wins from 3.
