Wigan-6.5

Warriors lost last week to Giants so they should be fired up to put things right and at last make sure of top spot in super league the easier route to the Grand Final.

Wigan have had a terriific season playing some of the best rugby we have seen from any side. All their top names are on form but the part of the team the manager will be most pleased with is the defence. Their goal line has been unbreakable at times and the forwards are getting through a power of work.

Hull KR have also punched above their weight this season and will fancy their chances in the play offs. Maybe we dont see the most wonderful rugby league football from the Rovers but no team is more motivated than they are- this is very important in such a physical sport.

I dont see this being an easy away win it will be really tight in the 1st half. Rovers do look to overpower sides in the 1st 20 mins with their strong forward play and workrate. But Wigan have the defence to withstand that and keep them game close. When the match opens up second half im expecting Wigans fitness to tell and ofcourse the amount of quality they have in the final 3rd.

Sam Tomkins is controlling games at the moment- as is Riddell who seems to have found form and decided hes happy in the UK.

This wont be an easy win for Wigan- as it was early on the season at the JJB- but i do expect them to do this by at least a couple of scores.
