A determined Lyon side will travel to Ligue 1 newcomers Caen in search of their first victory of the season after a disappointing draw last weekend against Monaco.

It has been 2 years since Lyon have now won the title after dominating virtually the entire decade, and will now want to get back to winning ways especially after seeing other top 3 players form last season Auxerre and Marseille struggle really badly.

For Lyon they will not have Ederson, who is out for several months with injury and will also miss the services of Lisandro and Lacazette for a few more games. Lyon will have to start their way from the back with their experience defense needing to hold the fort for them, so they can make counter attacking runs.

Caen the newly promoted side stunned defending champions Marseille last week by scoring 4 minutes from time. The Champions completely dominated the game with 65% possession and more shots on target, but things weren't to be.

If Lyon is able to hold on to possession and get the ball out to the wings, they would be able to create some havoc and return to winning ways.
