Torino: after the 0-0 away draw against Mantova, Torino has mathematically clinched a promotion playoffs spot. They are now Serie B's sixth seed with 5 points over Crotone. In the 41 Serie B's games played so far, the team led by coach Stefano Colantuono earned 60 points. Torino will have to face Cittadella on Sunday without starting goalie Matteo Sereni and young center back Angelo Ogbonna, both sidelined with injuries. A win would be important for them as that would mean overcoming Cittadella and possibly other teams in the standings, having thus more home field chances during the playoffs. Torino's top goalscorer is striker Rolando Bianchi, who scored 24 times so far.

Cittadella: also Cittadella has to gain points if they want to get more home field chances for the promotion playoffs, but it won't be an easy Serie B game on Sunday in Turin. The team led by head coach Claudio Foscarini will have to travel to Turin without German born, but Italian citizen Davis Curiale. The 22 years old forward will be facing a one game suspension. Midfielder Roberto Musso, defensemen Emanuele Pesoli and Matteo Teoldi won't be travelling with the team too as they are all sidelined with injuries.
