Chelsea come into this fixture full of confidence and form behind them, with a chance of a historic double, half of which should be settled when they win the Premier League title the week before.

With some of the English players like Frank Lampard, John Terry, Joe Cole know how important and prestigious this tournament is, they will be all gunning and in form to try and bring this title to Stamford Bridge with a big party scheduled for the double.

With Portsmouth facing all their problems, it has been a dream run for them despite getting relegated and not allowed to participate in the Europa League this season. However, the inconsistency of this team with their players and form is something to worry about. Although they have one of the top shot-stoppers in the league in David James, who despite being 40 years old, still knows how to frustrate some tough opposition.

The Pompey defense has a lot of inexperience, and expect Ancelotti to start with both of his start strikers Anelka and Drogba to probably give Pompey a thrashing and settle the nerves at Wembley which has been a worrying ground for Chelsea so far. 

But with the fans support much in their corner with the game being played in London and the passion and fire of Chelsea after having a hugely successful season, will propel them to a good win in this game.
