Half time betting St Helens-4.5

Ive taken Saints to win this game before half time because it is a busy easter period and coach Potter will want to get this game over with so he can rest players for a tough trip to London next weekend.

Saints lost to Wigan in the derby match and the fans and players will be gutted. But that is not a bad thing for us punters it should mean a very highly motivated side takes the field for the next match today at Castleford. The Saints have been in good form with 2 wins from 3 very very tough fixtures. Warrington, Gaints and ofcourse the Wigan defeat.

Im sure in private the coach is quite happy with the way things are going but he will be desperate to get back to winning ways.

Cas have a lot of problems at the moment. Guys are playing busted(half fit) and a lot of injuries to key players. Confidence is quite low and looking at their squad, even when everyone is fit, they still lack a bit of power up front. Sargeant is a terrific forward one of the best in super league but he needs a bit of help he cant do it all on his own.

Just a couple of tight wins in the last 6 games for Cas and they came over the comps weakest teams Catalans and Celtic.

I expect Saints to fire out the traps today. That derby result has been on the players mind so hopefully we get a reaction.
