Cas-6.5
The Tigers got a terrific result in France 2 weeks ago to ease the pressure on their manager but they really have to start picking up wins at home. A match against the outsiders of the comp is probably the best time to start. Fans at the jungle will quite rightly expect a performance tonight.
Celtic have been no pushovers though- 3 wins from 7 is a terrific return for a side put together at the last minute and full of guys the other clubs were looking to get rid of. It says it all about the coach Noble- he is still one of the top managers in super league who gets the very best out of his side.
There have though been a couple of real hammerings for Celtic already. At Wigan and Warrington we seen them totally outplayed. I think its fair to say that as the weakest side, on paper anyway, the coach will target certain game where he expects wins and these will be mostly at home.
Cas play beauitful rugby. But this is not enough in SL. You have to be able to defend and you must be strong in the forwards. We seen signs of that in France 2 weeks ago so hopefully they are about to turn the corner.
Im expecting a very fired up side to take the field tonight because this is a game the manager simply has to win. If Cas are going to make that top 8 then home games against sides like Celtic have to be won. As i said there is little doubt they can throw it about and entertain so if we see some decent defence and plenty of hard work- 6 points should be covered no problem
