Wigan-6.5

Wigan are on fire having won their 1st 4 games in super league. You could say the fixtures have been quite kind to them with 3 home games against the lesser side but even so the Warriors are playing some terrific stuff and look ready to challenge the likes of Saints and Leeds this season.

58-0 last weekend- the Dragons were totally outplayed at the JJB. The result which will have pleased new boss McGuire most will be their one away win for far v Warrington. It was a tight match against a quality side but that Wigan defence held on and were the difference.

Bulls got the vital win against Cas in their last home game. I dont think its unfair to say that had they not won that game the manager would have been fired. Hes been there quite a while, and hes spent a lot of money, but overall stuggled badly to put a side on the park to live up to the clubs name in the world of rugby league.

The Bulls do have 2 wins now right enough- as a win over Salford last week makes it 4 points from 4. But really that was a poor match in which both sides lacked the quality to score points. 7-0 in the end to Bradford, it was a real battle between 2 sides and 2 managers under pressure.

Bulls are sure to have a right go here and try to batter Wigan early on. Im sure they will make a decent start to the game but i expect the fitness and quality Wigan have in attack to make all the difference. 6 sounds a big start but ive a feeling the Bulls will tire in the last 20 so Tomkins should take control and win this game by at least a couple of scores
