I dont see this match being pretty and im expecting a fair bit of needle.

These are 2 side we dont really expect to see in the later parts of the CL but to be fair both are in good form and have a fair amount of quality. The French in particular showed in the groups they can give some top sides problems and turned in an amazing performance in Munich.

They sit top of the French league with a game in hand so no one will underestimate them should they get through this one.

It wont be easy though, going to Greece never is. This Olympiakos side is well drilled and very highly motivated. They are strong on set plays, with a fair bit of height in their side and although they have said the French are strong favs- i think thats just mind games.

I dont see this game being high scoring or much of a football game. They seldom are at this stage of the compeition.

But i do think we will see both giving total effort and trying to win every single tackle. That is why my bet for tonight is plenty of cards. The ground will be rocking which does have a slight affect on a refs judgement and can ma
