I see two reasons why there should be no more then two goals. First of all, at Wednesday Inter will play very important game in UEFA Champions league against Chelsea. So, probably the players will more think about that game then on Sampdoria. Even couch Mourinho will be focused on that game. He will visit Stamford Bridge after was fired by owner Abramovich and this visit will be very emotional for everybody on the stadium.

And second reason is tradition. Only two of last eight games played in Milano ended with over. Here are the results:

So, I believe that we wont see many goals on this game. Both teams have some missing players, Chivu, Balotelli and Materazzi for Inter and Castellazzi, Antonio Cassano, Pozzi, Ziegler and Rossi for Sampdoria.
