Sporting have had a solid start to La Liga. Gijon had one of the worst defense last season in Primera Division, but this season is different and they have conceded only 20 goals yet. It is the main reason why they are on 10th place with 24 points. The hosts have some fast players and are good on the counter-attack. The key to the game is going to be in defense, because both teams will have chances.  Santander are on 13th position and need the points to break out of the bottom part of the table. It is different Racing in the recent season because some important players left the squad in the summer. They won in their last home match against Tenerife 2-0. I think Santander will finish league in the middle of the table, some places above relegation zone.
