Saints are very much in the running for this years premiership- an amazing turnaround for a side who were only promoted 2 years ago- and they can claim those vital points at Worcester.

It was possibly not their best performance of the season but they did go to France last week and pick up a win in europe. Any win abroad is a good win but the coach was not so pleased and has demanded far more this week. I like that there is always room for imporovement any side and it is nice to be betting on a team whos manager wants and expects more every game.

I love the pace they have in their side, i believe that is why the premiership is possible. Diggin is having a great season and Ashden arrives perfectly on the arc to support and burst what are always pretty strong defensive lines at this level of rugby.

Worcester are really struggling. We will see one or two players return and that will help but the Warriors problem is pretty obvious- they cant score trys and dont look dangerous with ball in hand. I would say we have seen some very decent defensive displays this year but if you are not putting trys on the board it becomes very difficult to kick your way to wins. It also takes a great deal out of the forwards because every single game is a grind which is ofcourse very physically demanding.

I dont see this being easy because the home side badly need a result. But i do think the speed Saints have in their side will make all the difference. It may well be just one try which wins it but im confident it will be enough to give Saints at least a 4 point win here.
