Catania vs Milan - Football - Italy Serie A - Tip Preview

I think that Milan can’t win in Catania. I see two reasons for that. First of all, Milan is very inconsistent this year. Leonardo isn’t experienced couch, this is his first major job as couch. Plus, Kaka leave Milan and there is no replacement for him. The second reason is fact that Milan main players are old. The team contains too many veterans like Inzaghi, Pirlo, Ronaldinho, Seedorf… They can’t handle playing twice a week and probably lack of freshness hurt them. Plus, for today game Milan is without injured Daniele Bonera, Oguchi Onyewu, Marek Jankulovski and Mathieu Flamini, while Andrea Pirlo is suspended. In such situation I think Catania has solid chance to stay unbeaten. Catania is in run of two games without loss (both of them against Palermo and Napoli ends with a draw) and probably the self confidence of their players is on high level.

Finaly, the tradition favours my bet, as three out of four last games played in Catania ended with draw. Here are the results:
