Andy Murray - Roger Federer

If I will be right about this one, I'll shake my own hand. Seriously there's so many scenario's how this match can run, that I was fighting with arguments for last 2.5 hours and I came up with nothing, this bet looks slightly above the rest, but Murray will have to fulfill few requirements. Surface puts Federer in favor. Ball bounce quite nasty, especially after sliced hits, Federer instead of Del Potro uses a lot of sliced hits, which will lead to a massive footwork on Murray side, it will be really test for his legs and he haven't been tested on stamina for quite a bit. Still Murray presented some impressive points and nerves against Del Potro, he was brutal in third set, and overall looked a little bit better than Roger in first round robin match. H2h also on Murray side, 7-3, but in their last clash Roger gave him a lesson that he can't be too confident with him. I wouldn't rate Roger in as good form as he was in Cincinnati. In Paris he let it go, but in Basel loss to Djokovic might be disturbing, Federer lost on his own playground. Interesting thing that Murray won all matches that went into a 3 setter thriller. Federer on other hand have pretty bad record in thrillers with young wolves like Djokovic, Murray or Del Potro. That is a strong point of my bet, that if match will go into three sets, Roger once again won't handle the pressure, especially if Murray will push as hard as he did with Del Potro in 3'rd set. Also the thing about the crowd. Murray in past proved that he don't carry well home crowd pressure, like in Wimbledon, but apparently he was tired after running through Queen's Club. No matter how weak player mentality is I always say that home ground helps, I think expectations aren't so big like they were at Wimbledon on Murray and now people just cheer him up because there's 'our guy' in top 8. In my opinion Federer will win only if he will play consistent flat forehand hitting game through both sets. Murray will be tested for crowd pressure and hard footwork, if he will succeed in these two aspects I rate him as a winner and past showed that he handles better matches going down into thrilling ends. Let's try 2:1 for Murray, although it might be completely different. Trading live is a best option in my opinion, we should see quite a few tight games.

Pick : Murray 2:1
